     @coolboymew @ZRDR_DelRio @noyoushutthefuckupdad @thendrix yeah but let's say you're a suburbanite or city slicker driving to the wage cage in Office Park 42069 (you know the ones parodied in Office Space).
     
     You're charging your EV after work every single day. If you want to go outside to every tourist trap city, well chances are you're buying a plane ticket anyway.

     @PurpCat @ZRDR_DelRio @coolboymew @thendrix one argument against electric cars is the scarcity of the rare earth minerals required to make the batteries. there's probably not enough material in the world to make billions of batteries for electric cars.
