  EFF asks that the Court join the Ninth Circuit in recognizing that people have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their browsing histories, and that checking a box to access public Wi-Fi does not waive Fourth Amendment rights.

  @eff Disagree. If the OWNER of a PRIVATE wifi network wishes to share network data with the government then that is the owner's prerogative. If you don't like it then don't connect to it.
