   @Pawlicker @Tadano @Tsuki 1chan and its clones did this. One caveat is if image host dies or changes it rules (as already happened with rghost, imgur and mixtape.moe), images die with it, but at least they die less often than altchans themselves.

     I've heard of fucked up shit being hosted there, but this is what someone told me. I do know someone who is a more reliable narrator told me that there was a Discord server some of them made and it was incel smash players jacking it to anime and panty shots of IRL women in bathroom stalls.
