It's using regular CommonAPI calls, which hilariously means you can set it to remote user as well. -

Unrelated question: can I deactivate the account used by blockbot, won't it prevent it from functioning? I have a randomly generated password for it ATM, but I don't know if it even makes sense and maybe I can just deactivate to make it impossible to login as blockbot user :marseyhmm:
