   Alright, so I did my arm day
   
   Did my darndest as to not use my goddamn wrists to lift the goddamn thing
   
   So I can now resume before bed push ups and the hand gripper toy

     @coolboymew If it's one of the cheap plastic grippers you're going to outgrow it quickly. If you want to continue with them I really like the adjustable one I have from GD, it would take up less space and be cheaper than having a pile of different incremented grippers. (Assuming you keep at it long term, mine is collecting dust lately)
