     Oof, so apparently a lot of people are interested in the house (obviously) so I'm rushing to get a new pre-authorisation to cover the extra 9k over what they told me I can, get a visit ASAP tomorrow and send my interest in buying the house. Gotta be sneaky and do it ASAP
     
     Meanwhile there's another nice one that just popped up, nowhere as nice as a location, but the house is nicer, lots of buses as an option but I have to add an extra 15 mins of transport, which isn't too too bad, so there's always that if it doesn't go through
