   Damn, found a house that's not too bad in an ideal location. Just gotta luck out and have the previous buyer not get his loan information on Friday so I can lock into it instead

     Then again, it could prove to be a total disaster like last time when I visited one, but we'll see. It's more expensive than I'd like, but totally still within what I can afford, and the location is extremely ideal, there basically would be no better location than there
