   I2P seems to be under attach again.
   And this time I'm sure it's not me, because I still have floodfill disabled everywhere.

     Yea, it's extremely random, on Artix I can't access ryocafe.i2p, but chikahiroba.i2p loaded instantly.
     On FreeBSD all the IRC servers appear down.
     And I see my tunnel creation rate is only 4%, so of course I won't be able to access anything because of that.
     The I2Pd devs are already aware of this, so I think an emergency update is going to come out soon, considering the Java I2P is currently more stable.
