  @Ronnie21093 It's still unlikely for dokibird to pursue any legal action against niji tbh, lawsuits are very expensive, and damages from Canadian courts are really low. It really depends on what niji does from now on, whether they fuck with her more or leave her alone.

  @poopernova@varishangout.net @Ronnie21093@varishangout.net yeah as long as niji realizes all they have to do is shut up, the lawsuit isn't going to happen. This isn't like Japan, where Delutaya was able to afford to drag the people who harassed her to court and see them get punished in a reasonable amount of time.
  
  Defamation and related have all been watered down to complete uselessness for the average person in the west.
