     yandex translate tells me that it's either some sort of cyber attack server (kinda unlikely, you'd have to have either shit for brains to go around and advertise your shit in open like that or complete confidence that nobody will ever trace it back to you) or a script kiddie server that is only capable of ddosing (which is far more likely)
