tl;dr Riot is adding anticheat that is a Windows kernel module. And because it's an anticheat, there's excuses to obfuscate the shit out of it and encrypt what it sends back to Tencent.I pointed out that a signed kernel driver means it can be loaded into *any* machine running Microsoft Windows. Even if a video game isn't installed. If it contains a vulnerability or backdoor, that is a vulnerability or backdoor in all computers around the world running Microsoft Windows.
