     @TornadoOfTerror consoles became superfluous once steam became popular. you can buy a closed system with ads, paid online service, and horrendous prices for games, or you get on steam and leave the bs behind
     
     The last reasons to own a console were good handhelds, Nintendo originals, and exclusives in general. Xbox had none of that, and steam deck is working on obliterating those reasons too

     @irie @TornadoOfTerror I still can't believe that these cereal box prizes were the closest thing to an Xbox portable.
