Back from walk.
Did 5Km in 40minutes. Also my mother gifted me a pair of Hand Squeezer device, I started at 20Kg but it was too much after a km so I set to minimum (10Kg) and was able to do the rest of the walk.
A bit hard to sync both fast walk and harms and hand movements tho.
