   2) assemble other computer with a gigabyte motherboard (one of two choices) and use that instead

     @Zerglingman Just press all of them one at a time while you wait on boot. It will load a bunch of shit you don’t want and might require a reboot or two but you don’t need to press one then reboot? Unless they changed how the boot screens worked since last I purchased a motherboard.

     @anonymous It's a matter of timing. As in it could be too late after I push the second key, and then end up missing it.
     I've already tried f1, f2, f8, f12 and del.

     @Zerglingman Oh it’s “fAsT BoOt”. Where you need to autistically hover and press as soon as the fucking logo appears or else fuck you.

     Well I’d just go with the new motherboard. Or you could try flashing libre or something. Worst case is you have to buy a new mobo anyway.

     @Zerglingman Then I suggest flashing. You might end up creating a whole new motherboard that can be flashed. Or a brick, but like you said you don’t care.
