     @eris Eh, I don't think it's that good. Like even it takes hours to compile. A lot of hassle. I'll grant that it's probably the best of the memoryfox family, but that's not saying much. It just scrapes in above the bar of "don't even fucking bother".

     @Zerglingman i like it because its lightweight and i dont really have compat issues, especially nowadays. i would love to use a textmode browser, or netsurf, or something like that, but they're all so incompatible with most things. netsurf definitely comes closest in this camp though. palemoon is perfectly usable all over the modern web on the other hand, while still being extremely light compared to firefox/chromium bases. plus the xul extensions still being supported is super nice
     It's especially nicer on older computers, I can use shit that's like ~300 megs on palemoon that's like several gigs of memory on firefox or chrome, and with weaker processors etc stays much more performant. the shared process for tabs definitely goes a long way in that i believe, but also just how the codebase is maintained tbh

     @eris I have found several sites that are completely broken in pm, even after I switch off content filter entirely. I think one of them is that damned rental form site.

     @Zerglingman it's an older browser patched for security and made modern, no shitty rewrites in rust that make shit way heavier for a mild performance boost on opengl or something else retarded

     @Zerglingman it used to be i mainly used palemoon but a few sites would be broken and id open librewolf for it. then with the whole development slowdown and the drama with tobin a lot of things stopped working. nowadays most everything just works and i dont need to open another browser except in very very rare cases. i do have palefill addon but i dont think it's used for most things tbh
