     @KarlDahl @DW2 @Remi was recently in a very high end mall ( nordstroms was an anchor store ) and it was a ghost town with tons of vacancies. That sold it to me that it's going to get worse.

     @sickburnbro @DW2 @Remi We're hitting retail vacancies of roughly the same rates I saw here around 2010, and the economy hasn't formally shit the bed yet, and there is no reason to believe that it will ever come back
