   @grips Australia is a constitutional monarchy. What does that actually mean? We have the queen on our coins, we have to suffer through Buckingham Palace romantic gossip on television and the jews have the governor general under their thumb to dismiss a popular prime-minister we elected who wanted us to not be involved with American glowniggery.
   
   Monarchy is gay and monarchists are effeminate faggots who have a thing for pomp and pageantry.

     I'm tired of monarchism for the sake of itself. "trad and based" as it might be, having a monarch won't automatically get us out of the mess that we're in and legitimists of the old monarchies are even more laughable. all of the current European monarchs are chumps walking in lockstep with the liberal system and the supposed claimants like Otto von Habsburg aren't any better. should a capable monarch ever arise, he'd be a dynastic founder like Hafiz al-Assad, not some weak ass heir. all monarchies had to be started by someone
