     BWAHAHA. In America? Even more non-existent than short shorts. It's like women are actively anti-feminine here, what I've seen.
     
     As for Japan, I guess skirts are more of a uniform thing? So it's not incorporated in their fashion so much. I dunno, just guessing. :awoo_think:
