True, some do get the help they need and rehabilitate or are lucky enough and have enough will to leave drugs, but for the most part if they don't get help most of them will die, there's plenty of them that die of OD in the US for example, specially now with this fentanyl epidemic.

And it's the same deal with pedos, they don't necessarily have to rape kids only because they're sexual deviants, they're more likely to harm children if they don't get the help they need that's for sure.
