@Moon @PNS @coldacid I don't know the statistics but you seem hopeful. I believe there are more pedophiles and ephebophiles than people are aware of.
Every woman I know who was trafficked or survived prostitution told me the same thing. Their clients wanted them to pretend to be relatives or their daughters a lot of the time. I suppose it's easier to sleep at night than knowing people like that walk among us everyday.

That, or some actually have good ending, some may be aware but will never admit it and live normal lives for the most part without ever harming kids, or will face therapy and deal with it.
Y'know I always found funny how both pedophiles and crackheads are considered people with mental illnesses but the public perception is widely different between them albeit they both can do really nasty shit if left untreated.

Not necessarily, pederasts are the ones that do harm children, pedos are sexual deviants, they may or may not harm children, but not always.
