There's definitely conflicts and fault lines in more homogenous societies, but they tend to be less significant and less likely to turn violent than in more diverse societies. Reducing the magnitude of a problem is actually a good thing, even if no solution is perfect.

@Griffith Yeah, I'm mostly agreeing. Less diversity reduces the severity of internal divisions and reduces the likelihood of subterfuge.
