I had a shell script to run a pulseaudio command to make a virtual device for that channel, haven't moved that over to my current desktop so when I infrequently want to VC I switch my XR18 to stereo USB mode and send my mic channel to both channels. I wish software would not assume common use cases are the only ones worth supporting and just have a proper channel selector in place.
@hj@Moon@Zerglingman@jeff@lebronjames75 Hell, sometimes I even encounter things that lack device selection. Sometimes this can be forced externally without too much trouble but it's insane how inconsiderate developers can be of usecases beyond their own.
