Make sure to eat your meats and eggs for recovery. I have bananas and peanut butter if I'm working out, but you can get away with protein shakes. Nothing full fat.

@006900 @Tony you bet, i eat a pretty carnivore diet usually. Tonight its shrimp ceviche with a tub of sour creme, 6 raw eggs for me 6 for my dog, 8 oz of whole milk motz and probably a keto protien bar later i usually work out alternating days and do martial arts 5-7 days a week depending on how bad the day yesterday was

@Tony im more hoping dor strength gains and to rebuild some damaged rotator cuff muscles but yeah thatll also happen. They speculate that sarms can be very beneficial in rehabilitation

@Tony im looking to do a rpund of sarms but i want to do something very targeted and health oriented so i have to get VERY physically fit first. Once body weightisnt enough ill do it then 1 cycel rad140 and 1 cycle testolone(more than likely) just to boost those strength and helth benefits but im gonna make a 2 month hell week out of it cause one of those takes 2 montha to finish the cycle and 1 month for the other. Taken at the same time and finished with a endocrine reset of a week long fast just to clean everything left that isnt eaten up by the sarms out
