     @All_bonesJones @SNEK @coolboymew I imagine it would be similar to recettear or the touhou izakaya game. You manage the taco stand by hiring people you find out in the world along with rare ingredients that you explore to find. Like some people would have reqs to recruit, but if you want the guy with 5 star taco stuffing ability you'll be damn sure to do his side quest.
