     @Hyperhidrosis I don't mind one bite of muddy powder lol but usually I mix, and then drink from the top, then add water and mix again. I do this 3 times and it usually gets rid of the powdery taste crap

     @coolboymew after a while you get used to the texture and taste and it gets easier. Still prefer to eat chicken though. very easy, one oiled up chicken breast in my mouth is like 40g protien for only 230 caloreis. What a steal.
