the drug is long since out of your system. the issue is twofold. that some medications (antidepressants are one of them) tend to cause long term changes in your brain. this is how they work after all
the second issue is specific to SSRIs and often not known by medical professionals. they work by inducing epigenetic changes (ie long term regulation of gene expression). some of those changes will revert quickly but some will take many years or may even be with you for life
