@SpurgAnon >That last one
You can actually see his legs break in the last few frames. My kneecaps hurt just looking at it. :illya_hyperpanic:
-
@SpurgAnon You have to be a special kind of retard to be the last dude.
The weight itself looks like some MacGyver shit plus no clearance whatsoever.
The dude is lucky its only his legs.
Or he's unlucky that he didn't die right there and be spared being a cripple for rest of his live depending how you look at it.

@Tamamo :hinata_acid: but if you don't lift heavy to the point of injury you'll never improve... this is basic broscience. Yes, he broke his legs and ruined his spine with that shit form, but he lifted more. That's what's important.

@SpurgAnon dead lifting is good
However you have to lift the weight you're able to that doesn't cause literal back pain or pain in your legs that doesn't feel like muscles are working but overloaded

@SpurgAnon ask @rlier23
He probably has more info on dead lifting than I do considering nigga goes to the gym while I do body weight+weighted exercises

@luithe @SpurgAnon You can hurts yourself Even with 1kg weightsr
What matters to not get hurts is good technique and knowing when youre going overboard.
Which can be difficult at times since working out is all about exceeding your limits to reach new heights :blob_nerd:
