     @arstechnica I can't find a way to comment on the DEA website... they say the public will be allowed to express our opinion... all I can find is a TIP LINE in Case I wanted to Tell the DEA about a drug deal going down... LEGALIZE MARIJUANA NATIONWIDE!

     @arstechnica Delta 8 was illegal in my state. Then legal for about a year or so, now it's illegal again. Delta 9 remains ok.

     Alcohol and tobacco remain unchanged, along with multiple pharmacies on practically every corner here. (Louisiana btw). It makes no sense to classify marijuana the way it has been. I seriously think Big pharma was a serious influence for it.
