     @flux_the_cat Quite surprised nobody has instituted a “bone shaving” operation, where they offer to REALLY get in deep and overhaul that man-skelly. It’s doable, at least far more doable than what they pretend to be capable of when they flay that wiener and stitch it inside-out.

     Just treat it like a machine: Replace the clavicles with something shorter, or just chop out a section at a time like a reverse leg-lengthening surgery. Mechanistically the body will require a whole lot of mapping, the nerves will be totally borked, and they’ll end up will all kinds of wild MS injuries….but we’re already past the point of stitching their colon into their front wound in order to have “lubrication”….so my idea is actually more sane

     @WashedOutGundamPilot my understanding is they already do this with the facial bones of the skull. they call it "facial feminization" surgery.
     
     as far as the other stuff, i can't really say. i hope they don't keep butchering these people any more than they already do but i'm sure they'll keep coming up with increasingly creative ways to frankenstein these fucking freaks.
