     @RehnSturm256 im not religous but the line comes across so weird, like as a world building line imo, its what i hate about modern writing/games, they insert lines that break immersion/world building

With certainty, it was specifically implemented to be a smarmy subtle-but-not-really insult, the likes of which you’d see on the atheism or Big Bang Theory Reddit threads, crafted by some soy creature. A wholly fictitious setting, this line is not to worldbuild. It’s just to be contemptuous.

     Really nothing was the GTA humor/satire we saw in 4 or previous games

     @luithe @Loki incidentally that was kinda cringe back then too, but at least that was set in “our world”. It was contemporary and commentary meta humor of modernity….something like that. :naruhodo:

     @Loki @RehnSturm256 Not really though, it's a perfectly fitting line here. They find a shrine to a titan or a titan or whatever and the person that has problems with the religion speaks out, like you'd expect anyone with a hatred or distaste for religion to do. Maybe she's the type of bitch to keep it in until she finds an opportunity to speak out, like rehashing her line a few hundred times because she has nothing better to do with her little brain power.
     
     I don't see this as a jab at Jesus Christ, because Jesus Christ isn't dead (I'm not religious myself, but this is what the Bible says, no?). Unless these titans have also came back from the dead and they keep on dying or something.
