Alice is pretty fast at 26mph so she can outrun just about anything that isn't beak things, which makes the deadlands a better place to get engineering research than the grid or flat's lagoon. And it's why I stopped back at Stack to pick up some acid resistant armor. I think it should be a relatively safe run.
