     @kaia BA is a catastrophe, their hub too. Did you do AA transatlantic? Did they actually do it themselves or was it code sharing with KLM or something?

     @lain best so far was business class American Airlines :comfy_cirno: British Airlines is worse - also because of communication issues. worst indeed is Lufthansa.

     @lain AA transatlantic themselves (I think) and back it was BA.
     
     BA lady told me business lunch options, only to come back with that the meat being gone. I was okay with veggie though. I think she asked me because my chance of being okay with veggie was higher than some 50-ish businessman. their media system sucks, but the business seats that transform into beds are nice. I slept 4h transatlantic.
