To be crystal clear, the problem is fundamentally even deeper than matters of the destruction of the black family unit, or drug epidemics. While yes, drug epidemics damaging black communities became a widespread trend from the late '70s even up into the '90s, there's something even more fundamental that's been damaging to black communities.

Black prejudice against whites displays infinitely more evidence of ignorance than white prejudice against blacks. One need only look at crime statistics to see irrefutable proof of this. Black communities specifically have been targeted with a wave of blatant anti-white propaganda for generations, with the most blatant, brazen distorted and outright fabricated vision of history ever conceived.

Slavery, even in the U.S., was way more complicated in reality than "black VS white".
You had Whites enslaving whites of other ethnicities. You had blacks buying black slaves. You had whites buying black slaves. You had kikes buying a shit-ton of black slaves, and even white slaves. [There was a point when 40% of the Jew population owned dang near 70% of all slaves in America. Yes, really.]

The slave ships that even brought the black slaves to begin with were owned and operated by Jewish merchants.

What it's really a case of is Jews, as always in recent years, making whitey out to be the scapegoat to take the fall for the kikes' own wrongdoings.

Not to say that whites were entirely innocent, but history's always a lot more complicated in reality than what makes it into the books and media propaganda.

I mean, for fuck's sake, there were Irishmen and other white ethnicities that were slaves in the U.S.

The first step to fixing this fucking problem is to get all this fucking lying and distorting of history to stop. The second step is to then address the practical and spiritual needs of the various communities, to transform peoples' minds and hearts to focus on living a life of virtue.
Along with the second step and part of it, even, there's also a need for laws on conduct and behavior to be tightly enforced, and to make it as plain and evident as possible that the enforcement is entirely proportional, objectively, to the crimes being committed. The third step would be efforts to organically build a common heritage, culture, and set of customs to make it much easier to get along.

Voluntary segregation would be necessary for this plan to even work, though.
Worst case scenario, though, it may be necessary to just ship 'em back to Africa.
