  The Banner as-is makes DRC look flashy AF.
  
  You can disable the banner in TOR Browser easily. Just tested it. Right-click on banner, choose no-script, choose custom, uncheck img

  @ArdainianRight @ChristiJunior @Soy_Magnus @verita84 @zoomgoboom Ok for now I turned off the animated banner and temporarily went back to the old DRC logo as a placeholder, until we can design a new static banner that incorporates the Big 4 Words, or until we find a solution for Ardainian’s interface.

  ok, i forgot how I got it to work with NoScript but I was able to easily do it with inspector via the video
