     You spend your whole life in a somewhat isolated Plains city, then when you're driving around the Midwest and find out there's a part of the country that gets both Indianapolis and Cincinnati FM radio (both of which are far larger than the "regional hub" you grew up in) you start to process how different and disorienting leaving where you're originally from can be

     @mrsaturday I've done it a few times, usually whenever I go to south Florida is takes 2 hours to get there for cities like west palm or fort Lauderdale
     Idk why araki just read a few book about Florida and the driving times to get to one city to another :akko_shrug:

     They publish books in Japanese that are guides to road tripping in America, I've seen them at Kinokuniya
