     @matty Elon Musk is one of the most disgusting people on the face of this Earth, and to this day it upsets me greatly that he gets a pass just because of how he presents his work.
     
     But when you consider what he's done...
     
     Paypal - one if the first big money transfer services to de-bank individuals based on their politics and set the precedent
     
     Tesla - sets the standard for "locking" vehicle features behind already purchased hardware (Tesla models all have the same battery and motors, the only thing stopping you from using performance mode is the firmware locking you out until you pay- BMW and Mercedes do this now too)
     
     Boring Company - the hyperloop tunnels never went anywhere and this seems like the simplest failed project that is only remembered for selling asphalt torches as "not a flamethrowers"
     
     SpaceX - the rocket technology is cool and all, but seeing it used for military spying operations for Ukraine leaves me more concerned than anything.
     
     Twitter - ultimately did nothing other than silence anyone posting his airplane dox in real time. Handed the CEO position to a WEF bitch and still pushes the site in a far left direction while banning anyone right of Tim Pool
