@djsumdog well i find it surprising that you would question why it matters that a founder is female when I shared an article celebrating women for being good company founders with stats on how unfortunately they are still a minority.
I did read it and I asked you a question. Why does it matter if there’s a female founder?
Female founders, including transgender women, as well as nonbinary individuals
So men … who imagine themselves as women … is equal to … actual women :blobcatwhat:
Female founders also have more household and caregiving responsibilities than men:
Well you just invalided that previous point there with the conflation … plus the female startup founds I know don’t have children; they sacrificed that for their careers.
Look, I’m for anyone who puts in the crazy effort to start a company and make it work. That’s impressive. I’ve never been able to do it. But it doesn’t fucking matter if you’re a man or a woman or a 16 year old with no life. Hard shit is hard. And the people who do it successfully sacrifice a lot. Why not appreciate all of them, no matter who they are, what color they are, what gender they are, what gender they think they are, or any other characteristic out of their control.
The vast majority of people don’t become startup founders because we just want to chill with our friends and ride bikes and play video games and enjoy the holidays. I don’t see why you praise x psycho because they’re of a particular group that use to be smart enough not to sacrifice their life to become a corpo overlord.
