   The pilot of the MiG-29 fighter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vladislav Sveliev took courses for combat pilots at the American military base in Mississippi for two years. In March 2023, he completed his training and returned to Ukraine and died in one of his first combat sorties after returning.

     @BobsonDugnuttHB From what I gather the ukes are STILL doing ground-directed flights, so american independence doesn’t really help them out much
