Haven't seen many cardinals as of late, but the catbirds have been hanging out quite a bit, and I have seen a few blue jays.
Haven't seen any praying mantis this year (maybe I can release some?), but yellow jackets and ants are a regular pest here and I think last year we found a few orb spiders around.
No idea what a titmouse or wheel bug are.-

I'm thinking maybe if I move the chicken fencing around to give the birds access to some of the plants I've seen the lantern flies on the problem might resolve itself with minimal effort. It will mean giving up some of my boysenberries to the birds, but it's probably worth it if the lantern fly is going to eat all of my food. The turkeys might be able to reach where the chickens can't, and the ducks will be happy to root through the under brush to look for any survivors.
