     @skylar @allison @zero not to mention EOL servers. But to their credit, they do request that their mission-critical apps are on in-warranty servers. The rest, I just tell them it'll be down for weeks as I source eBay parts. They somehow manage to work around the inconveniences :yui_shrug:

     @zero @allison who I work for doesn't need to know that. I finally have a good reason they'll listen to for throwing away all these old computers clogging up my precious storage locker

     @lewdthewides Honestly given it's a Skylake, I would be really concerned if it *didn't* lol. Also kind of surprisingly for a Skylake (but not really, considering the original buyer) it has a Windows 7 Pro COA.

     @lewdthewides @allison @zero someone's been arguing for months about how much they want to keep using their 15 year old switch that needs to be power cycled any time you want to access the management interface to avoid spending like 500 bucks to replace it
