I guess summer worker is a thing in catering here now too

At this lunch cafe I often go now there are some new staff wearing a different uniform, they ignore it when I approach a table with used coffee cups from previous customers so I had to move the cups myself, and later mid-meal, that one not-so-bright-looking kid came and took my almost empty plate away without asking or any words.

Sure I have the bad habit of placing the utensils somewhat diagonally because I keep forgetting, but at least ask me…

At least my bank apologized to me because their customer service were “summer workers” and lead to a big misunderstanding, so they gave me 20 eur as compensation. I hate summer especially when it’s raining and 13 degrees
