   @lewdthewides @meowski @lain @thomasroiloup Why bother? You still have to manually set up a new vhost to serve/proxy media from, might as well add a redirect at the same tome.

     @lain @meowski @thomasroiloup ultimately, couldn't phoenix handle the rewrite so that existing instances don't have to add a second block to nginx?

     @meowski @thomasroiloup well, if you use the proxy it will still give you a link on your sever, so that would also work. Putting the media on a different domain will fix the whole class of problems:
