     In 1996, I was speeding in Malaysia's countryside. Cop stops me, and his English is poor.
     He tried to explain that I had overtaken where there was a double center line and one can't do that. He didn't know that I was doin 150km/h on a 80km/h road.

     Every time he tried to explain, I said "I don't know". He tried to explain court process is slow and far away; "I don't know". He could help; "I don't know", for 15-20 minutes.

     Then he said "You not pay me??", I said "NO!".

     "Go!"
