     Apparently there's a Russian joke about American intelligence operatives.
     A CIA agent spends much of his life learning about Russian culture, history, and even the language, and is able to speak with perfect fluency. Yet the moment he's dropped into Russia, his cover is immediately blown.
     
     Why?
     
     It's 'cause he's black.
     
     It rings true since the dipshits in charge here are so obsessed with filling diversity quotas even when it's immediately obvious how much it will sabotage their chances at success, they'll do it anyway.
