Tomorrow (May 4) an interesting day for a #GDPR -geek like me 😄 At the #CJEU, several cases related to #dataprotection, including the announcement of a judgment in an important case - C-300/21 (Österreichische Post AG case). The court is to answer the question of whether #compensation (including for non-material damage) under Article 82 of the GDPR requires that the data subject has suffered harm, or whether a violation of the GDPR is sufficient in itself to award compensation.
