You also work flexible hours and the work gets pretty easy once you have built up some notes / resources from tutoring the "standard" classes at least once. I'd highly recommend it, even if it's just a way to tide you over until your next endeavor.

Actually, I have a few acquaintances who basically tutor as their "full time" job, and they pursue their hobbies the rest of the time (or AI risk activism, ugh)
