     @matty @WashedOutGundamPilot Similar thing happened to me, upper management apparently loved me and appreciated all the overtime and initiatives I took, but when came to employee evaluation, I didn’t satisfy my job description enough and got a 3% raise.

     Yeah when it comes to how much an employer loves me I prefer action over words. If you tell me how awesome I am and then give me a 20 cent raise I'm gonna cut my balls off and leave them in the microwave for your stupid ass
