   @fluffy Short for “anime YouTuber” they are a group of mostly transgender and other homosexual individuals who make a living telling people what to think about anime. They don’t like tropes, which used to be their main complaints but I think they’ve generally moved on to policing anime for their social/political values. They get millions of views on YouTube and people who watch repeat their talking points on Twitter and in discords and other places online so their opinions often become consensus and are held by people who never even watched the videos.
