     @DW2 He just didn't put forth that it would just be a who/whom racial thing. He said it would be some cucky "control the law-abiding because you can't control the crminals" even though it's really just a Soviet-style "show me the man and I'll show you the crime for the rulers' out-groups while the niggers used as a bioweapon can get away with just about anything."
