     I recently went through the most complex recruitment process I've ever experienced:
     - 1 online screening
     - 1 written interview
     - 2 online assessments
     - 1 design task
     - 5 interviews
     And got rejected. NO FEEDBACK provided, even though I specifically asked for one. Overall, I had a good experience with the process and really felt like they got to know me well before the decision, but come on...

     "We decided to go with another candidate" is not good feedback. If you're hiring, give feedback.
